The wait is over, my cookbook shelves are bursting at the seams!
That can only mean one thing!
It’s time to recap my Cookbooks Worth Waiting For list for the first half of 2024.
For those new here, this is my twice yearly list of upcoming cookbook releases I think are the ones ‘worth waiting for’ i.e. the ones I am most excited about.
You can catch up on the original list here, and now that everything has been released, you can read what I thought of them all here.
As always these lists are a mixed bag of books, from authors and cooks I’ve bought cookbooks from before and those I haven’t. The only criteria for the list is it was due for release in the first half of this year, and I was looking forward to it!
Let me know in the comments of this post or the linked blog post if you agree with my picks, or if you have added other newly released cookbooks to your collection so far this year.

Bergamot Melting Moments
These can be ‘any citrus you like melting moments’ but if you’ve been around here even just a little while you may have noticed I am obsessed with bergamot and the obsession is not slowing down. These are a great way to enjoy in season citrus, require few ingredients and are pretty easy to make - so win, win win!

I love your cookbook roundups - its always interesting to see what you're enjoying. I’m writing about Bethlehem for next week. And I love Benjamina’s previous books and I love dessert but this one just hasn’t grabbed me yet.
A fantastic list, Kath. That Bethlehem book sounds so interesting.
