We’ve chatted about the best cookbooks of 2024, now it’s time to look forward to the cookbooks to be released this year!
The anticipation of new cookbooks is always something that I look forward to and get excited by. There are some really interesting releases set for 2025, from a diverse range of authors. I’m really looking forward to seeing them on my shelf and being able to dive deeper into the stories and recipes within.
I have listed my top four cookbooks I think will be worth waiting for in the first half of this year over on my blog. There are of course more I am keen to check out once they are released, but the four I have chosen are at the very top of my cookbooks worth waiting for list.
Let me know what you think of my selections, and if there are any others on your cookbook wish list you think I should check out too!
Once all of these cookbooks have been released I’ll come back and let you know my thoughts (were they worth waiting for?!). Until then any additional cookbook reviews will be published over on the paid version of this newsletter (you can check out reviews I’ve already published here).
Check out more recipes over on the paid version of this newsletter featuring, A Ginger Sponge Cake, A Festive Boiled Fruit Cake and A Caramel Ginger Pudding. See the whole archive here and sign up to support my work and get it all straight to your inbox or Substack feed!
Roasted Summer Stone Fruit
My family have been making this for years, it is adapted from a Bill Granger recipe and it is one of the best ways to eat stone fruit this time of year. It’s an easy dessert for warm nights, served with vanilla ice cream.
