It’s happening again!
More cookbooks! One of the constants of life (mine at least anyway!).
There are some really interesting titles coming out very soon, so I have put together my twice a year ‘cookbooks worth waiting for’ list. Not the most catchy name, but I’ve been doing this too long to change it now.
These are the upcoming cookbook releases I am most looking forward to, despite there being many more titles due for release in the coming months.
There is a strong baking theme amongst many of the upcoming releases, maybe another constant of life? There will always be cookbooks, and there will always be more baking books?
You can check out my list here, plus don’t forget to let me know what’s on your list? Which cookbooks are you most looking forward to for the second half of this year?

Homemade Caramel Ice Cream
While you will need an ice cream maker for this recipe, it is egg free so actually a lot easier than other ice cream recipes. Also the homemade caramel gives the best caramel flavour, so it is worth making it from scratch.
