How to Make A Pavlova - An Heirloom Recipe Series
The Ultimate Christmas Day Dessert - Extra Food Chat with Kath
Welcome to another Heirloom Recipe on Extra Food Chat with Kath!
This recipe isn’t necessarily festive, but for me it’s not Christmas without one.
For me, Pavlova is synonymous with Christmas as my Grandma made one every year, and I have kept that tradition going. It’s my favourite dessert ever, and every time I try a new recipe I end up going back to my Grandma’s version as it’s the best (not biased at all?!), and it always tastes just like when she made it.
I have recorded a voice note for you, walking you through the recipe and how to make it. I have included the things I have found worked for me when making this recipe over the years, and how I decorate my Pavlovas.
The written recipe is below, available for paid subscribers.
And if you aren’t already a paid subscriber you can sign up or upgrade your subscription below. Paid subscribers help support my work, and keep me being able to share recipes like this with you, both here on Extra Food Chat with Kath, but also over on my free weekly newsletter Friday Food Chat with Kath.
If you’ve missed any of the previous recipes from my Grandma’s collection I’ve shared in this paid series, you can find them here - heirloom recipe series.
How to Make A Pavlova - Your Personal Voice Note
Or is an almost 10 minute voice note moving into personal podcast territory?! Regardless, I hope you enjoy!
