I don’t know about you, but I’m so over this hot and humid weather.
Here in Sydney, Summer feels like it’s here to stay a little longer (despite it being officially Autumn now).
Something nice and tasty that will help cool us down on these hot days (or those to come if you are in the Northern Hemisphere!) are just what we need. Below is a recipe for a delicious Biscoff Milkshake plus a few more cold drink options for those days when its too hot to bake.
Biscoff Milkshake
This recipe is more of a guide to get you to a place where a Biscoff Milkshake is in your hand. The quantities are really up to you (do you want a large milkshake or a small one? Want a thickshake? Reduce the milk and add more ice cream!), as is the amount of Biscoff you add. Regardless, a Biscoff Milkshake is always a good idea.
Ingredients:
250-300ml milk of your choice
1-2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 (generous) tablespoon Biscoff spread
2 Biscoff biscuits
Method:
Place all ingredients in a blender, reserving a little of one of the Biscoff biscuits. Blend until smooth. Pour into a large glass and crush up the reserved bit of biscuit between your fingers and sprinkle over the top.
Makes one milkshake.

Raspberry and Elderflower Cordial
And another iced drink to team with the theme of today’s newsletter! This is a nice one to have in the fridge on a hot day, or to serve at a lunch with friends. If you have homemade elderflower cordial to use in this, awesome! Otherwise a bought one will be just as good.
