That class sounds amazing and the kitchen/table is styled so beautifully! I always mess up homemade pizza somehow but yours looks simply delicious!

The owner of the house it was held at is a stylist so everything was just perfect! Hopefully Angela will share the pizza al taglio recipe at some point as I’m sure it would work for you too. From what Angela said, it’s all about which flour is used.

This sounds like an amazing experience! I've never heard of a pistachio olive oil cake but I'm now frantically searching for a recipe because I immediately want to make and eat one!

It was! I’d never eaten or made a pistachio olive oil cake either, but it was really nice. The recipe separated the eggs in the cake so the whites were whipped to soft peaks, then folded in to the rest of the batter, which made the cake lighter than nut based cakes can often be.
