New Cookbooks for Your Shelf
Or shelves/piles/coffee table/bedside table as the case may be! - Friday Food Chat with Kath
There has been a bit of cookbook chat around here lately. Being surrounded by cookbooks is a good place to be as far as I’m concerned.
So I’ve decided to put all the recent reviews here, in one place so you can easily take a look. If you are after more info on some new releases, looking to add something new to your collection or starting to think of present buying, I hope you will find what you are looking for here.
The next instalment of my Cookbooks Worth Waiting For series will be out in about a month - you can catch up on which books I think are worth waiting for in the second half of this year here.
Check out more recipes over on the paid version of this newsletter feat. A Ginger Sponge Cake, Salmon Herbed Pikelets and A Caramel Ginger Pudding. See the whole archive here and sign up to support my work and get it all straight to your inbox or Substack feed!
Biscoff Babka
I haven’t made much bread in a while, and I think that needs to change, starting with this recipe! I love a sweet bread, and this fluffy babka looks as good as it tastes.
